The pot is fine but it took almost three weeks to ship and then another week and some change to deliver. By the time the product actually arrived it was already closing out the 30-day return window. After two weeks or so I emailed them and asked to cancel the order since it was taking so long and they never even responded. Would recommend only ordering products from here if you're absolutely sure it's what you want and don't mind waiting a month for it.
