Eberlestock Foundation Pack

The Eberlestock Foundation is a purpose-built western hunting pack for hunters who want a streamlined day pack that can still haul serious weight when the work starts.

With 2,500 cubic inches of storage, the Foundation has enough room for your optics, layers, food, water, and day-hunt essentials without feeling oversized on your back. The real advantage is the frame-mounted load panel, which lets you separate the bag from the frame and carry meat or other heavy loads tight against your back.

The Foundation uses the same proven frame platform found in Eberlestock's Brute Series and ModFrame systems. An adaptive aluminum frame, raised load lifters, contoured shoulder harness, padded lumbar support, and supportive hip belt are designed to keep the pack stable when you're climbing, side-hilling, or carrying weight back to the truck.

A full-size spotting scope pocket keeps your glass easy to access, while the exterior load panel gives you a quick place to carry a bow, shed antlers, jacket, waders, or other bulky gear. It's also hydration compatible and can be paired with Eberlestock's Pack Lid or compatible rifle scabbard.

For the hunter who spends most of the season hunting from the trailhead but still wants a pack capable of handling an elk quarter, the Foundation hits a really useful middle ground between a simple day pack and a full expedition pack.
