Founded in 2013, Altitude expanded by adding a brick and mortar gear shop in 2016 in Afton, Wyoming focused on only carry hand-selected gear that we ourselves trust on our hunts and fishing trips. We don't ever plan on carrying every product on the market, but rather focus on gear we know you can use when your trip of a lifetime is on the line. We want you to have more success in the field and hope to inspire, motivate, and empower mountain adventurers to reach new heights and accomplish your outdoor goals.
Brad's passion for gear and storytelling led him to open the Altitude Outdoors gear shop in his hometown in 2016 and continues to drive Altitude forward as we look to bring our customers a cutting edge and dependable gear selection, backed by incredible customer service, and product knowledge. If he's not in the shop, he's probably looking for a buck mule deer.
James grew up in Smoot, Wyoming at the base of the Salt River Range. He, along with his brothers and family gained an appreciation for the outdoors at a young age. James spent over 20 years guiding big game hunts in the Wyoming wilderness - primarily archery elk hunts. A day in the hills never feels like work for James. His passion for helping hunters find success is evident as he loves telling stories of unbelievable experiences in the field. James loves enjoying the outdoors with his wife, and three children.
